Reflection: Having faith makes you stronger. It encourages you to do better. And having faith can help you do right choices that can lead you to success. Having faith mean you believe in your self and when you do believe in yourself you can go far and achieve a lot.
Duties and Responsibilities: Radiation Therapy Technologists assist radiologists and oncologist (cancer specialists) in treating diseases by exposing areas of patients’ bodies to ionizing radiation. In addition to helping with treatments, technologists are responsible for maintaining the radiation therapy equipment and helping to maintain patient records. Radiation therapy is provided in hospitals, public health clinics, cancer treatment centers, and private offices.
Salary: $22,000 – $36,000
Education: Students should take the most challenging science, math, and English courses available in high school. Students can train to become a radiation therapist in either one or two year programs. One year programs are often offered by hospitals. To qualify for a one year program, an applicant must have graduated from an approved program in radiologic technology or been a nurse with education in radiation physics. A high school diploma or a GED is required to enter two year courses.
Reflection: I would be interested in working as a radiation therapist it seems interesting to help people with cancer. I wouldn’t mind being one to help them. And even animals as well.

Duties and Responsibilities: Psychologists study the human mind. Their research helps us understand behavior, memory and mental health disorders. Through counseling and experimentation, psychologists work to promote safety, understanding and good mental health. They can be found in practically any work environment, including hospitals, schools or corporations. Psychology professions require at least a master’s degree, and most require a doctorate. During their training, psychologists choose an area of specialization. Psychologists must also be licensed or certified at the state or national level.
Salary: $45,000-$70,000
Education: The amount of time it takes to complete your college education depends largely on your specialty area and career interest. At minimum, you will want to earn your undergraduate degree in psychology or in a related field such as sociology, education, anthropology or social work. Then, you will want to decide if you want to earn a doctorate-level degree. The reason you should make this decision at this point is because many psychology programs do not offer a terminal master’s degree in psychology. In such cases, you will enroll in a graduate program after earning your bachelor’s degree and then spend 4 to 7 years working on your doctorate degree.
Reflection: I wouldn’t mind being a Psychologist. it seems quite fascinating to work with people.

Reflection: What Mr. Ralph Waldo Emerson is saying is that if the concept or strategy of what we do changes, then we must change the way we do it or we will not achieve. It is true if it does change. one cannot achieve a goal if we are doing it wrong. We must persist as well.
Ex. If i chose to do an excellent essay and the topic of an essay changes, i must change as well to get a better score.

Reflection: I wouldn’t mind being a psychiatrist. it seems pretty interesting to work with people and help them with their feelings. it must feel good to listen to peoples problems and help them out.

Reflection: I wouldn’t want to be a Psychiatric Aide Technician. I don’t really enjoy working with mentally ill people. i think that i don’t have the patients. I’m also more of an out door person as well so i wouldn’t like to be inside everyday.
